How to register for a new MyFerrellgas account?

Before getting started, make sure you have your account number and billing ZIP code handy. If you need help finding your account number, check your most recent billing statement or give us a call at 888-337-7355 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Click the register button on this page and follow the instructions.

How to change your password?

On the Forgot Password page, enter your username. A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Once you receive and enter the verification code, you’ll be able to reset your password.

How to change your User ID?

On the Forgot Username page, enter the email address associated with your account. We will verify the username linked to that email address and send it to you.

Why do I get the message, “Your Ferrellgas account is not a Bill-to account?”

When you completed the registration process, you provided a Ferrellgas account ID. This account ID is not set up as a "Bill-to" account in our system. This means there is another account in our system set up to receive statements and pay bills for your deliveries and services. This Bill-to account ID can be found in the upper-right corner of your statement.
