Schedule Your Propane Refills Ahead of Time
Call, text, chat, or log in to MyFerrellgas when your propane tank is at or below 30% full or at least 7 business days before you anticipate needing a fill.
Emergency propane deliveries can be made after hours, on weekends, or on holidays should you need it for an additional charge.
If your propane tank is empty or service is otherwise interrupted, Ferrellgas is required to perform a safety test before placing your propane system back into service.

When should I schedule my Will Call delivery?
If you have chosen Will Call, we will not deliver propane until you call and request delivery. You should not call with less than seven (7) business days notice prior to the date you anticipate needing propane, or when your tank reach 30%. If you call with less than seven (7) business days notice, or when your tank level is below 30% we may not be able to meet your schedule. We may also impose additional delivery charges (as set forth in the Current Charges List of the Ferrellgas Customer Agreement For Propane Sales & Equipment Rental). Please note that during certain weather conditions outside the control of Ferrellgas, delivery periods may be extended.
How soon will my propane delivery arrive?
Will Call customers will be told the approximate date of delivery when they place their order. We ask that Will Call customers call us not less than seven business days prior to the date they anticipate needing propane, or when your tank reaches 30 percent. Please do not wait until your propane supply is less than 30 percent to request propane service. In addition to other helpful account information, customers who enroll in MyFerrellgas can also view their delivery information. Please note that during certain weather conditions outside the control of Ferrellgas, the delivery period may be extended.
What if I forget to schedule my delivery and run out of propane?
Running your tank empty causes a lot of problems. If this happens, please call your local Ferrellgas office to set up the required services for a refill. You can avoid this issue altogether with our automated delivery service. With our Auto Fill propane refill service, you won’t have to worry about running out of propane.
What if I want Ferrellgas to digitally monitor and fill my tank?
You can call your local Ferrellgas office anytime and make the switch to our Auto Fill propane delivery program.
How do I place an order for propane delivery?
Place a propane order when your tank is at or below 30% full or at least 7 business days before you anticipate needing a fill. Current Ferrellgas customers can schedule a delivery using any of the below options:
