Customer Referral Program Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are active Ferrellgas customers that have had at least one delivery within the last 18-months. Employees are excluded from participation. Self-referrals are not permitted.

2. How the Referral Program Works

Participants (“Referrers”) may refer new customers (“Referees”) by sharing a unique referral link or code provided by Ferrellgas. A referral is considered successful only when the Referee completes the qualifying action outlined in Section 3.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral will be deemed valid if:

The Referee is a new customer who has not previously had an account or completed a transaction with Ferrellgas.

The Referee completes the required qualifying action of receiving their first delivery that meets minimum fill requirements.

4. Rewards

Upon a valid referral:

The Referrer will receive $50 credit on their account to be used on future deliveries.

Rewards are subject to verification and final approval by Ferrellgas. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Reward Fulfillment

Rewards will be issued within 7 business days after the referral has been validated. Ferrellgas is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details or third-party vendors.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

Ferrellgas reserves the right to withhold rewards or disqualify participants if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a participant has:

Engaged in fraudulent activity

Used misleading, deceptive, or spam-based referral methods

Violated any applicable laws or regulations

Attempted to manipulate or abuse the referral system

7. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to rewards received through the Referral Program.

8. Modification or Termination of the Program

Ferrellgas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferrellgas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Referral Program.

10. Privacy

Participation in the Referral Program is subject to Ferrellgas’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of operating the Referral Program.

By submitting your information through the third-party form from Ambassador, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Ambassador Terms of Use and consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from Ambassador on behalf of Ferrellgas regarding the referral program. You understand that your information will be processed in accordance with Ambassador’s privacy practices and that you may opt out of receiving such communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those communications or by updating your communication preferences in the referral portal.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Missouri without regard to conflict of law principles.
